TERMS OF SERVICE
Below are my updated Terms of Service.
By purchasing from me, you are agreeing to these terms.
All prices are in USD and are subject to change.
Payments must be made upfront through PayPal.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS CAN BE MADE. The same terms apply for payment plans. When payment plans are in process money automatically begins to be invested in your project.
Commissioners are entitled to revisions during the sketch stage. No changes can be made to a finished piece unless I missed a detail. (Please see subject 8 in the google doc for more details)
Commissioners are responsible for providing a clear reference sheet. (See subject 6)
Shipping costs for manufactured goods are to be covered upon the products completion, unless otherwise mentioned.
I am not responsible for lost packages in shipment, although I will assist the buyer with any shipping concerns.
Damaged products are subject to a free replacement and will be decided on a case to case basis. Photo proof is required.
Communication is required during the creation process. If there is no response after 14 days of my initial inquiry your project may be paused, cancelled, or completed with no changes.
Commissioners may NOT use their finished work from Candy Comet for any commercial purposes. Please get written consent to manufacture any stickers/keychains etc. even if they are for personal purposes. (See subject 7)
In the event of a dispute, an immediate lifetime blacklist will be in place, and the dispute will be resolved through mediation or in accordance with the law.
